This is an initial physiotherapy assessment. A comprehensive assessment of your current issues and health needs will be discussed and you will be provided with individual treatment, advice and exercise.

  • You are welcome to bring a chaperone/ be accompanied by a friend or relative during treatment if you require. A vaginal examination may be required as part of your assessment and treatment, I will ensure this is fully explained and consented to prior to being carried out.

  • Babies are also very welcome to all appointments.

  • No referral is necessary from your GP or consultant, you may self refer.

  • I am happy to liaise and refer on to GPs, Consultants and appropriate specialists if appropriate.

 

Late Cancellation Charge:

​

  • Please provide me with as much notice as possible if you are unable to make an appointment.

​​

  • Whilst I understand that things sometimes happen to stop you attending your appointment, I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations, 48 hours for a Monday appointment.

​​

  • If cancellations are made with less than this time, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. 

​
